OCCUPANCY GUIDELINES:   Sit down (round tables) = 40 persons;  Cathedral style (row seating) = 75;

FRAME TENT FEATURES:

* Commercial grade high quality 16 oz/yd2 blockout PVC polyester is mold, mildew, UV, and flame resistant

* Panel seams are thermally sealed for 100% waterproof protection

* Rigid anodized aluminum poles for corrosion resistance and reduce tent top and sidewall staining

* Schedule 40 zinc plated welded steel fittings provide maximum structural support

* No center poles for maximum use of internal space

* Sidewall rope is attached to tent top with 1” polyester straps

* Scalloped valances with vinyl binding provide aesthetically pleasing appearance

* Multilayer reinforcement patches attached at tent top fitting locations to maximize lifespan

* Polyester strapping with metal (not plastic) grip hardware keeps tent top fastened tight to the frame

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY:

* Estimated shipping time is 2 - 4 business days from the day of the order and payment;  however times can vary depending on inventory levels, season, and delivery location

* Customer must be present at delivery and capable of receiving freight on enclosed semi trailer

* Shipping cost does NOT include a lift gate (note that lift gates are not advantageous due to over sized shipping pallets)

* Customer is responsible to unload the freight from the delivery truck.  A forklift or similar equipment is strongly recommended
