All tent structures have covers that are manufactured from PVC coated polyester which is heat fused at the seams for a watertight seal to ensure employees, workers, and contents are free from exposure to Mother Nature’s harmful elements. Optional sidewalls and enclosures are available in solid (no window) or cathedral window style for enhanced interior lighting. The sidewalls and enclosures can be easily removed or rolled up to allow for quick accessibility for the workforce or enhanced ventilation and air flow.
Frame tents are the recommended design for work and construction sites due to the rigid frame design and the unobstructed interior space with no center poles. The frame consists of schedule 40 galvanized welded structural steel fittings at the connection points and base plates. Frame tubing can either be galvanized structural steel tubing or anodized aluminum for simplistic assembly. Flat based plates are included at the bottom of each leg for anti-sink properties in soft soil conditions. Pole and tension tents are also applicable for construction sites, however, they are not recommended for long term winter applications.
Worker safety is top priority so all tents must be securely anchored to the mounting surface to prevent uplift or shifting in harsh and windy conditions. Two inch wide polyester weather resistant seatbelt webbing straps and forged steel stakes are utilized to secure tents to the mounting surface. Frame tent base plates also feature (4) predrilled holes to allow for securing to concrete slabs if required.
