Our heavy duty tent structures feature a main cover that is manufactured from PVC coated polyester which is thermally fused at the seams to keep your guests and patrons away from rain, wind, and sun. Optional sidewalls and enclosures are available in solid (no window) or cathedral window style for natural lighting on the interior of the tent. The sidewalls and enclosures can be removed from the tent or rolled up for easy accessibility or enhanced ventilation and air flow.
Frame tents are a common choice for customers who desire the unobstructed view due to no center poles. The frame consists of schedule 40 galvanized welded structural steel fittings at the connection points and base plates. Frame tubing can either be galvanized structural steel tubing or anodized aluminum for lighter weight assembly Flat based plates are included at the bottom of each leg for anti-sink properties in sand or softer soil conditions.
Pole tension tents are also a common selection for customers who desire a quicker setup than frame tents for shorter term events such as a weekend gathering. Heavy duty pole tents are not freestanding and require a ratchet tension system to maintain an upright position. Heavy duty pole tents are typically more cost efficient than frame tents but also feature the same qualities of frame tents.
Guest safety is top priority so all tents must be securely anchored to surface to prevent uplift or shifting in windy conditions. Two inch wide heavy duty polyester seatbelt webbing straps and forged steel tent stakes are utilized for securing the structure to its resting surface.
