All tents and canopies have covers that are manufactured from top quality PVC coated polyester which is thermally joined and fused at the overlap seams for a watertight seal to ensure your potential customers, guests, employees, and displays are out of the elements. Optional sidewalls are available in solid (no window) or cathedral window style for enhanced interior illumination and an aesthetically elegant appearance. The sidewalls and enclosures can be easily removed or rolled up to allow for quick accessibility to customers or improved air flow in warm weather conditions. All hospitality tents include a sidewall hanging rope which is permanently attached to the tent top to secure and position the sidewalls.
Frame tents are the recommended tent shelters for hospitality related venue applications due to the rigid frame design and the unobstructed interior space with no center poles. The frames consist of schedule 40 galvanized welded structural steel fittings at the connection points and base plates. Frame tubing can either be galvanized structural steel tubing or anodized aluminum for simplistic assembly and reduction in sidewall and main cover staining. Flat based plates are included at the bottom of each leg for anti-sink properties in soft soil conditions. Pole tents are a common choice for customers who desire a quick setup and teardown for short term weekend gatherings. Pole tents are also more cost efficient than frame tents.
Occupant and guest safety is top priority so all hospitality tents must be securely anchored to the mounting surface to prevent uplift or shifting in harsh and windy conditions. Two inch wide polyester weather resistant seatbelt webbing straps and forged steel tent stakes are utilized to secure tents to the mounting surface. Frame tent base plates also feature (4) predrilled holes to allow for securing to concrete slabs if required.
