The majority of asphalt and concrete mount tents are secured by filling water barrels and securing them to the side poles or using precast concrete blocks. Filling of water barrels can require a great deal of time. If the customer has access to the precast concrete blocks, this is more efficient.
All structures feature a main cover that is manufactured from PVC coated polyester which is thermally sealed at the seams for a watertight seal to keep your employees and patrons away from Mother Nature’s elements. Optional sidewalls and enclosures are available in solid (no window) or cathedral window style for natural lighting The sidewalls and enclosures can be removed from the municipal park canopy for easy accessibility for guests or enhanced ventilation and air flow.
Frame tents are a common choice for customers who desire the unobstructed view due to no center poles and rigid design. The frame consists of schedule 40 galvanized welded structural steel fittings at the connection points and base plates. Frame tubing can either be galvanized structural steel tubing or anodized aluminum for simplistic assembly. Flat based plates are included at the bottom of each leg for anti-sink properties in soft and sandy soil conditions.
Guest safety is top priority so all tents must be securely anchored to surface to prevent uplift or shifting in windy conditions. Two inch polyester seatbelt webbing straps and forged steel tent stakes are utilized for securing the tent to dirt and gravel related surfaces.
