All party tent structures feature a main cover that is manufactured from PVC coated polyester which is heat fused at the seams for a watertight seal to keep your reunion guests away from Mother Nature’s elements. Optional sidewalls and enclosures are available in solid (no window) or cathedral window style for natural interior lighting and a more elegant appearance. The sidewalls and enclosures can be removed from the tent canopy for easy accessibility for guests or enhanced ventilation and air flow.
Frame tents are a common choice for customers who desire the unobstructed view due to no center poles and rigid design. The frame consists of schedule 40 galvanized welded structural steel fittings at the connection points and base plates. Frame tubing can either be galvanized structural steel tubing or anodized aluminum for simplistic assembly. Flat based plates are included at the bottom of each leg for anti-sink properties in soft and sandy soil conditions or for securing to concrete for more permanent applications.
Pole tents are also a frequent selection for customers who desire a quick setup and teardown for shorter term events such as a family reunion. Pole tents are not freestanding and require a ratchet tension system to maintain an upright position. Pole tents are typically more cost efficient than frame tents but also feature the commercial grade qualities of frame tents.
Guest safety is top priority so all tents must be securely anchored to surface to prevent uplift or shifting in windy conditions. Two inch polyester seatbelt webbing and hot forged steel tent stakes are utilized for securing the tent to its mounting surface.
