Ordering - All orders must be placed by phone. Initial email contact with the product ID, size, accessories, anchors, and shipping address will enhance the ordering process. We will contact you by phone upon initial email to confirm the order and balance.
Payment - Methods of payment are:
*Credit Card (Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express). Use of credit cards are subject to additional 2% charge.
*Paypal
*Personal and business check (checks must "clear" prior to product shipment). If paying be check, ask us for a percentage discount of 1%.
*Wire transfer ($50 additional charge is applied)
Shipping - All complete tent kits are placed on wooden pallets with shrink wrap for protection and shipped via LTL freight. Smaller individual components will be shipped in corrugated boxes via FedEx or UPS.
The freight company will call the customer to schedule merchandise delivery via the phone number provided during the ordering process. Larger items are shipped by tractor/trailer (large truck). Please note that the delivery driver's only responsibility is to deliver the product to the specified destination. As a result, it is the customer's responsibility to do the following:
*Make sure the address is capable of receiving this type of shipment.
*Have the proper equipment and personnel to unload the truck
*Be present for the delivery to inspect and sign documentation for receipt of the shipment.
*Note any shipping damage or shortage on the freight bill
*Unloading the entire order from the delivery truck
*Be available for phone call/email from delivery company to schedule a delivery time.
All charges for any re-delivery, freight company storage charges, additional charges due to address changes, or refusal of the shipment are the customer's responsibility and will be charged to the customer's original method of payment. Dremcor will place all shipments "on hold" until all charges are completely paid by the purchaser. Lift gate service is NOT included in the shipping price. There is an additional $75 for lift gate service.
Shipped orders cannot be cancelled. Unshipped orders can be cancelled with a 10% charge of the total price (including shipping cost). Honored warranty claims (ie defective parts, incorrect part) will have replacement parts sent at no charge to the customer.
Arrival time is typically 3 - 5 business days from the time of the order or payment (but can vary depending on demand, shipping location, season, and inventory levels).
