Tent rental terms & conditions
Rental service areas: West Central Ohio and East Central Indiana. Depending on the situation, we may provide services outside of these regions.
Rental items: tents, tables, and chairs.
Available tent sizes: 20 wide, 30 wide, and 40 wide
Payment: A 50% down payment is required for all rentals. Payments are accepted by cash, credit card, debit card, paypal, personal check, business check, and ACH. Final payment is required on or before the date of the installation.
Pricing / quoting your event: Contact us by email or by phone to discuss a detailed quote for your event. Please open the PDF file below to review the items we require prior to quoting your event. A minimum 3 day notice is required prior to your event.

Basic rental costs: The costs associated with the rentals include: tent, tables, chairs, delivery fee, tax
Additional costs which may apply: sidewalls, concrete barrels for anchoring if mounting to asphalt or concrete, lights, after business hours delivery, addition of item not requested by customer after arrival to the installation site
Mounting surfaces: grass, gravel, concrete slabs, asphalt. Please note that concrete, hard packed gravel, and asphalt surface will require concrete filled barrels to secure the tent. Concrete, asphalt, and hard packed gravel tents must be frame tents. Pole tents cannot be mounted on concrete, asphalt, and gravel surfaces without damage to the surface.
Anchoring: Safety of the customer and guests is the first priority for any event. Anchoring and securing the tent to the mounting surface is REQUIRED regardless of the situation and weather conditions. 5' - 10' around the perimeter of the tent is required for installation so please consider prior to scheduling.
