Dremcor is not responsible for any of the following as a result of usage of these temporary structures. This list includes (but is not limited to) the following: loss of wages and income, depreciation, property damage, litigation costs, equipment or vehicle rental, equipment damage, construction costs, fuel costs, appraisals, and bodily injury or death. Dremcor strongly recommends purchasing insurance for all structures in the rare event of damage due any of the above stated items.
Dremcor strives to provide accurate information to our potential customers at all times, however, there are circumstances when the information may not be accurate due to "human error". Therefore, all information provided within this website and any other informational materials provided to potential customers including (but not limited to): quotations, brochures, and pictures are subject to errors and omissions. Dremcor reserves the right to void or not honor any orders for purchase.
Although Dremcor products are considered "temporary/portable structures" and typically do not require building permits, Dremcor recommends all prospective purchasers consult local authorities on permits prior to purchase.
Although our tent structures are durable and long lasting, they are considered "non permanent" or "temporary". As a result, Dremcor LLC assumes no personal or product responsibility for damage or destruction caused by any Act of God. This includes (but is not limited to): wind, snow, hail, lightning, hurricanes, tornadoes, volcanoes, rain, avalanches, fire, or flooding.
